Session Members: Loel Larson

Members: Cheryl Christensen, Diane Gibson, Kathy Hardaway, Bev Hoyt, Marg Mumma Gretchen Rowedder

Committee Description:  The church, through the Mission Committee, seeks to worship God and bring God’s love to our community and the world. It is about creating fellowship with those in our community through the sharing of God’s love through serving others. We have been blessed with generous people who give of themselves. We praise God for all we can do.

  • Local causes supported by First Presbyterian Church:
    • Youth-in-Training (YIT):  High school age students who organize, create, and lead the summer ministry within our church.

It is open for middle school students on Friday nights from 7:00-9:00 p.m. During designated months throughout the year, our church is responsible for providing the Webb House chaperones. Without volunteers, this place would not be able to operate as it does. Please contact Wendy Pittman at [email protected] with questions or if you would be interesting in chaperoning. Also, there is a signup sheet in on the door to the education wing.

Check out this video of the Webb House and how First Pres supports it:
